Already 1,189 objects of the cultural infrastructure of Ukraine have been damaged by the attacks of the Russian Federation

Almost a third of them were completely destroyed.

As of December 25, at least 1,189 were damaged due to the military aggression of the Russian Federation in Ukraine objects cultural infrastructure, announced Minister of Culture and Information Policy Oleksandr Tkachenko.

Almost a third of the listed objects – 446 – were completely destroyed.

The cultural infrastructure suffered the greatest losses in Donetsk, Kyiv, Kharkiv, Luhansk , Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhia, Sumy and Kherson regions.

  • club establishments – 563 units;
  • libraries – 453 units;
  • museums and galleries – 63 units;
  • theaters and philharmonics – 18 units;
  • art education institutions – 92 units
