From April 1, 2023, all prescription drugs will be dispensed by electronic prescription, according to the Ministry of Health I'm from Ukraine. The electronic prescription will apply to all ready-made medicinal products contained in the State Register of Medicinal Products and subject to dispensing on a doctor's prescription. This applies to drugs that the patient buys with his own funds.

For discounted drugs, which are issued with the funds of local budgets or other programs, as well as extemporaneously manufactured drugs (that is, those that are produced directly in a pharmacy according to a doctor's prescription) , as before, the paper prescription will continue to be valid. Who can write an e-prescription

You can write an e-prescription a doctor of any specialty of a state, communal or private clinic, or a private practice doctor. For this institution, it is not necessary to have a contract with NSZU. It is important that it is the doctor who is responsible for the patient's treatment who enters electronic medical records about the patient's condition and makes the appropriate appointment of medicines in the form of an e-prescription.

Such an e-prescription can be obtained regardless of the presence of a declaration from by a family doctor, however, the patient must be registered in the ESOZ.
