Drone psychosis continues in Russia: an oil pipeline is now mined

Transneft company claims , which discovered explosive devices at the “Novozybkov” oil pumping station of the “Druzhba” pipeline in the Bryansk region. This is reported by the Russian news agency TASS, which clarifies that the oil pipeline was mined by drones.

The station is located 27 km from the border with Belarus.

“Indeed, on the territory of the Novozybkiv oil pumping station yesterday evening and this morning, explosive devices were found in destroyed plastic cases of non-industrial production with an impressive warhead in the form of steel balls. Presumably, the destruction of the cases occurred after hitting the ground when falling from drones.” – the official representative of “Transneft” Ihor Demin told the agency.

“And today at noon, another explosive device, probably similar to the previous two, was seen dropped from a UAV,” he added.

According to Demin, the sabotage was aimed not for the destruction of the facility, but for the “killing of people from among the civilian personnel who serve the oil pipeline station”. clarifies He also did not provide photos of explosive devices.

According to Dyomin, during 2023, the Novozybkov NPS will not pump oil, the tank park is empty.
