For the first time since February 24, the cost of fuel went down: in which regions are the cheapest

The market is gradually filling up.

“For the first time since February 24, the price of fuel went down: in which regions are the cheapest” />

Last week brought significant changes in the wholesale prices of petroleum products. On June 24, diesel fuel was traded in the range of UAH 51-62/liter, while gasoline was offered in the range of UAH 48-55/liter. This is evidenced by the monitoring data of the “A-95” Consulting Group, reports Enkorr.

Most traders say that the market has reached a certain minimum balance, and accordingly the price for wholesale lots went downstairs.

“Now the buyers are already starting to bargain, they demand a lower price, although a week ago they took it without talking,” said one of the traders.

Gasoline lost 1 – UAH 2/l. Here, the trading range was UAH 50-54/l. Mini-refinery gasoline was offered at UAH 48-49/l in the central region and at UAH 52/l — in the eastern regions.

Like last week, the lowest prices diesel could be found in the southern region. On Friday – 51-54 UAH/l, and since June 17 the price has lost 1-2 UAH/l.

The Western region ranks second in the price competition. Here, diesel can be purchased in the range of 51-56 UAH/l, which is also lower than the prices a week ago by 1-2 UAH/l. Both autonorms and wagon lots are available. The cost of the latter is at the level of UAH 68,000/t.

In the northern and central regions, the price tags for the state-owned enterprises dropped by 3-4 UAH/l per week, and diesel in “Yatnitsa was traded at UAH 55-60/l.

Diesel fuel is steadily more expensive in the eastern regions of the country, it can be bought for 58-62 hryvnias/l, but this also indicates a drop in prices by 3-4 hryvnias/l.

The “A-95 Consulting Group” notes that wholesale prices for gasoline and diesel for the first time since the beginning of hostilities have fallen below retail prices, which indicates the gradual filling of the market.

“The appearance of free volumes on the market and a rapid decrease in prices will allow to activate the supply throughout the country, where many regions are still suffering from a lack of fuel”, experts say.

According to market participants, the release of volumes in free circulation is explained by the end of stockpiling by farmers and other industrial consumers.

“It seems that farmers have had their fill now the only sales channel remains – gas stations, which have price restrictions and are more demanding in terms of price,” – shared his observations r from a wholesale company.
