This was reported by the general director of the energy supply company Yasno, Serhiy Kovalenko, on Facebook.
According to him, energy experts are guided by the fact that on the left bank of the city sometimes there will even be available light in those hours marked in light gray in the graphs and mean possible outages .
Kovalenko noted that there should no longer be residents in Kyiv whose electricity has not been restored since the last enemy strike on the energy infrastructureDecember 19. But he explained that there may be no light due to other accidents that the specialists are not aware of.
“It may be that when the power is turned on, the networks are overloaded and accidents occur. Sometimes the system does not show them to the networks, and they can find out about them only from a request from users.
