Under an agreement with Gazprom signed last year, Hungary receives 3.5 billion cubic meters of gas a year through Bulgaria and Serbia under a long-term agreement with Russia and another billion cubic meters by pipeline from Austria.

The agreement is valid for 15 years with the possibility of changing the quantity purchased in 10 years.

Siyarto also said on Sunday that Hungary's energy security, including gas supplies, is stable and that gas supplies are carried out daily under the contract. , on schedule and without any disruptions.
