The GUR spoke about the probable plans of the occupiers.
The main task of the Russian occupiers at the moment is to completely occupy Donbas. This was stated by the representative of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense Andriy Yusov, GUR reports in Telegram.
The military said that the activation of Russian troops now should not be compared with the full-scale invasion that took place in early 2022. It is reported that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin has ordered to occupy only Donetsk and Luhansk regions by the end of March.
“We see that they cannot fulfill the tasks, but this does not mean that there will be no further attempts. The enemy has there is a reserve, there is accumulated manpower, however, at the same time there is a problem with equipment and BC”, – added the representative of military intelligence.

According to Yusov, the Russians are aware of the inevitability of the continuation of the Ukrainian counteroffensive and the operation to liberate the territories, and are acting accordingly.
“That is why the enemy is in a hurry and now continues to carry out powerful attacks on Vugledar and along Bakhmut, realizing that the offensive of Ukrainian forces is inevitable, trying to knock it down in a certain way,” concluded the representative of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
