The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine allocated UAH 1 billion 409 million for the purchase of a strategic stock of material reserves for prompt response to problemsheat and water supply expected in connection with the war, reported Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal.
This is equipment with simple and quick deployment and maintenance, the prime minister specified.
“This heating season, without exaggeration, will be the most difficult in the history of independent Ukraine. The main risk is terrorist acts by Russia against critical infrastructure,” says Shmyhal.
In addition to the acquisition of additional reserves, the government continues to repair critical infrastructure and other preparations for the heating season.
