The head of the regional military administration Dmytro Zhyvytskyi stated that Russian troops fired mortars at the territory of the Velykopysarivka united territorial community of the Okhtyrka district of the Sumy region.
“After 2 nights, mortar shelling began, 9 parishes in the Velykopysarivska community. There were no casualties or destruction,” Zhyvytskyi told Telegram.
Velykopysarivska OTG directly borders with the Russian Federation and the Kharkiv region of Ukraine.
