Ukrainians who are car owners can share the digital version of the technical passport with a relative or another person. To do this, you need to use the Action application. The Ministry of Reintegration gave step-by-step instructions on how to do this.

How to give the right driving a car through “Diya”
For this, the following steps should be taken:

- In the “Diya” application, you need to go to the “Services” section and select the item “Car sharing “.
- Next, you need the item “Share a car”.
- Then you need to choose the car that will be transferred and specify the period during which the technical license will be available in the “Action” application of another person ( after the deadline, the application is submitted again).
- You should enter personal data: place of residence, e-mail, phone number or check whether the data has been entered correctly via BankID.
- Using a QR code or a link to send a request to the person to whom you are sending a technical passport. The potential user must confirm the request, and in response – provide their data and sign the statement using “Action.Signature”.
- After being notified that the potential user has taken all the steps, the car owner must also sign the statement using ” Action. Signature”. It is automatically submitted for verification to the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
- Within a short period of time, the technical passport will appear in the “Action” application of the appropriate user.
