Ukraine returned the bodies of 25 more fallen defenders from the front line, as during the previous operation, the Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine reported on Tuesday, September 20.
“Another operation was held to transfer the bodies of fallen soldiers. Ukraine has returned the bodies of another 25 of its defenders,” the agency reported.
As usual, the operation was carried out with the cooperation of the Commissioner for Missing Persons Oleg Kotenko and other law enforcement agencies of Ukraine.
The return process bodies takes place in accordance with the norms of the Geneva Convention.
