The first “pilot” cars were launched, in particular, from Kyiv to the small Motherland of President Volodymyr Zelenskyi.

“Ukrzaliznytsia” showed a new service in train toilets, which is currently being tested on two flights – Kryvyi Rih – Kyiv and Zaporizhzhia – Lviv. The corresponding photos were published in the Ukrzaliznytsia Telegram channel.
“We decided that every Ukrainian passenger is worth the level of service we offer for transporting European diplomats. So we're starting gradual transition to new standards of high-quality passenger service on trains,” the message reads.
As part of the “pilot” the following services are being tested on the first two trains:
– new generation detergents for interior washing of carriages;
– instead of bar soap for hands, foam is tested in automatic dispensers;
– more convenient holders for toilet paper and the paper itself;
– disposable covers for toilets ;
– paper towel dispensers.

In addition, as part of the pilot, passengers will be offered to use hygiene kits with disposable slippers, wet and dry wipes, a toothbrush and toothpaste, and a hair comb. and compartment cars will be able to purchase from the conductor, and for passengers of luxury cars (LV) this set will be included in the price of the ticket.

“Ukrzaliznytsia” asks you to share your impressions of the updated service. So, QR codes for feedback are placed in the “pilot” cars.
