Production Support Center Branch JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia”On September 15, it ordered UAH 70 million worth of fasteners from MS Trade Ukraine LLC. It is about bolts and washers for fastening railway rails. But “Ukrzaliznytsia” seriously overpaid for them. This was reported by the publication “Our Money”.
The company ordered bolts and washers produced by PrJSC Druzhkiv Metal Products Plant, which has not been operating since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russia, so railway workers are buying the remaining stock of 2021.

Compared to past tenders, the price of bolts has increased by 2-2.5 times. The price of pucks has increased by 1.5 times.

The only competitor of “MS Trade Ukraine” LLC in the tender was Serhiy Dymnych's Kyiv-based PP “Aconit-DS”. It offered bolts manufactured by Srubena Unia Sp. z o. o. (Poland) and washers produced by Kostyantyniv hardware factory LLC. Savings at auctions amounted to only 0.5%.

The Dnipro company “MS Trade Ukraine” belongs to Oleksiy Slyusarev from Dnipro and Oleksiy Morshchagin from Donetsk. In 2014, Slyusarev ran for parliament from Serhiy Tihipko's Strong Ukraine party. At one time, he managed Interpipe Ukraine LLC from the group of oligarch Viktor Pinchuk. Morshchagin owns a number of other companies and is a roommate of Nataliya Bogatska, the head of the South-West Commercial Court of Appeal.
The shareholders of Druzhkiv Metal Products Plant headed by Serhiy Zimbrovsky are Oleksiy Spiridonov, Serhiy Popkov, Anton, Elena, Valery and Dmytro Malikov, as well as Iryna Mishchenko and Spanish citizen Mishchenko Solona Olena. The last two are the wife and daughter of the former high-ranking official of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Federal Security Service Serhiy Mishchenko.
