The Minister of Energy Herman Galushchenko said at a meeting with representatives of OSR (distribution system operators, Oblenergo) that their leaders will be personally responsible for non-compliance with power outage schedules. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Energy.
According to him, last week the number of complaints from consumers regarding non-compliance with schedules and unfairness in the order of shutdowns doubled.
He noted: “And the analysis, conducted by the Ministry of Energy together with the National Energy Regulatory Commission and the State Energy Inspection Service shows that citizens' dissatisfaction is well-founded. Kyiv, Kyiv region, Poltava and Lviv are among the regions receiving the most complaints.” be guided by a fair approach so that all consumers are on equal terms. “If the facts of abuse are established, the heads of the companies will bear personal responsibility,” the minister emphasized.
