Despite the war, Ukrainians must pay for utilities on time. In particular, it is necessary to pay for gas . The gas supply company “Naftogaz of Ukraine” announced on its website about the changes that took place in the personal account of users.
From March 9, 2023, the readings of the gas meter will be displayed in the personal account.

This applies to customers who receive gas distribution services in:
- Dniprogaz;
- “Donetskoblgaz”;
- “Kharkivgaz”;
- “Khersongaz”;
- “Kirovogradgaz”.
All gas meter readings that were transmitted via chatbots, voice menu, contact centers and other services will be updated and available on the website of the company “Naftogaz of Ukraine”. of public utilities (NKREKP), explained why the tariff for gas delivery in rural areas can be higher than in a big city.
