The definition of an enterprise of critical importance for the functioning of the economy and ensuring the livelihood of the population in a special period is carried out according to the following criteria:
- more than 1.5 million euros of taxes have been paid to the state and local budget during the year, in addition to customs payments;< /li>
- the amount of income in foreign currency, except credits and loans, for the reporting tax year exceeds the equivalent of 32 million euros;
- the enterprise is of strategic importance for the economy and security of the state according to the list of objects state property;
- the enterprise is of great importance for the branch of the national economy or the satisfaction of the needs of the territorial community;
- does not have arrears for the payment of social security;
- the average salary at the company is not less than the average salary in the region for the IV quarter 2021;
- is a resident of Diya.City (legal and tax space for IT companies).
The basis for making a decision on the determination of an enterprise, other than the enterprises specified in points two through five, critically important for the functioning of the economy and ensuring the livelihood of the population in a special period is compliance with three or more criteria.
It is important that one company can reserve no more than 50% of conscripted workers from their number on the date of submission of the list. Heads of enterprises and their deputies are subject to reservation regardless of age, military rank and military accounting specialty.
