According to the president, the electricity situation remains difficult in almost all regions, but every hour power is restored to new and new consumers, and along with the supply of electricity to critical infrastructure, water and heat are also restored.

He thanked communal services, energy companies, rescuers, businesses and everyone who united and overcomes the consequences of the blackout.

Zelensky called on Ukrainians who have been without electricity or heat for more than 12 hours to contact Points of Invincibility, of which 4,362 have already been deployed in Ukraine in most regions. The President added that the number of such points will increase in accordance with how the points will be provided with generators and communication.

Help can also be obtained at all police stations and at the facilities of the State Emergency Service.

” Please, if you know lonely or elderly people who need help, be sure to help them in these conditions,” he urged.
