According to unofficial data, the visit may take place at the end of February – closer to the anniversary of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federationto Ukraine. It is also reported that the scenario of a meeting not only with the Ukrainian president, but also with the Polish president, Andrzej Duda, is being considered.

The publication noted, that the plan contains 10 points and assumes the recognition of the territorial integrity of Ukraine in the borders before the annexation of Crimea in March 2014.
